• Visitors may view certain public content without registering.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and will provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create.
• By submitting content to Polheim, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content on Polheim and via third-party platforms (e.g., social media) for the purpose of promoting the platform and facilitating community interaction.
• All content is subject to moderation before being made public. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
